1. Service-Based Policy

EPromotion Prime provides professional pest control inspection and treatment services. Because these are services (not physical products), traditional product “returns” do not apply.

2. Inspection Policy

We may offer free inspections in certain service areas. Charges apply only when a paid service or treatment plan is approved and scheduled by the customer.

Note: If your inspection is paid, the fee will be disclosed at booking/checkout before you confirm.

3. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel a scheduled service under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • If canceled within this timeframe, no cancellation fees typically apply.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a reservation/dispatch fee.

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for a refund may include:

  • Service was paid but not provided.
  • Service was canceled within the eligible cancellation window.
  • Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges).

Not eligible for a refund may include:

  • Service has already been completed.
  • Customer refuses service upon technician arrival.
  • Pest recurrence due to conditions outside the treatment scope (e.g., re-entry points not addressed, sanitation issues, surrounding environment).

5. Service Guarantee & Re-Service

If pest activity persists after a treatment within the applicable guarantee period (as stated on your invoice or service agreement), we may provide re-service at no additional charge.

  • Re-service requests must be made within the guarantee timeframe communicated after treatment.
  • Guarantee terms may vary by pest type, treatment method, and service plan.

6. No-Show & Access Issues

If a technician arrives and cannot complete the service due to no access or customer unavailability:

  • A rescheduling fee may apply.
  • Refunds are typically not issued for missed appointments without prior notice.

7. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

8. Service Limitations

Results may vary depending on the severity of infestation, property conditions, environmental factors, and customer cooperation with treatment guidelines. EPromotion Prime cannot guarantee permanent elimination where there is ongoing exposure, new entry points, or untreated surrounding sources.
